Houses for sale in Cameroon, verified before we list them
We inspect the building, confirm who owns it and read the paperwork before it joins our listings of real estate in Cameroon. You see the price, the location and the condition of the title in the same conversation.

Cars for sale in Cameroon, and vehicles to hire by the day
The same checks we run on real estate in Cameroon apply to anything on four wheels. Papers verified, the engine and body inspected and the price agreed before you drive away, whether you are buying outright or hiring for a week.
Papers and condition checked
Everything a property needs, in one company
Buying a plot is only the first step. The plan, the soil test, the build, the tenants and the title all come afterwards, and most people end up chasing a different office for each one. We keep that work under one roof, which is why clients handling real estate in Cameroon tend to stay with us long after the sale.
Buildings, lands, houses and farmlands
We find the property, verify who owns it, negotiate the price and see the transfer through to the end.

Why people buy real estate in Cameroon through Frisom
Property here is rarely lost at the viewing. It is lost months later, when a second family turns up with an older document, or when a plot sold as residential turns out to sit on land nobody can register. That gap between a signed agreement and a registered title is the biggest risk in real estate in Cameroon, and we built the company around closing it.
Frisom Real Estate and Ventures Limited is registered in Cameroon under RC.KBA.2025B.058 and works from Common Wealth Avenue in Kumba, opposite Afriland First Bank. We are a real estate agency in Cameroon with an office you can walk into rather than a page of photographs, and our agents live in the towns they sell in.
We also carry the work that usually sends a buyer to four different offices. Soil testing, site plans, land certificate processing, construction and property management all sit inside the same company, so real estate in Cameroon stops being a relay race between strangers.
- Ownership traced and documents read before a property is listed
- Agents who know Kumba, Buea, Limbe, Douala and Yaounde street by street
- Prices quoted in FCFA with the fees explained before you commit
- One company from the first viewing through to the handover
Where we work
Our base is Kumba and our reach runs across the South West, the Littoral and the Centre. Wherever you are looking at real estate in Cameroon, start with the town that matches your plan. Each one has its own page of listings and its own agent on the ground.
How a purchase runs with us
Four stages, in this order, whether you are buying a plot in Kumba or renting an apartment in Douala. This is what buying real estate in Cameroon looks like when the work is done properly.
-
1
Tell us what you need
Budget in FCFA, town, type of property and when you want to move. A message on WhatsApp is enough to start.
-
2
We shortlist and verify
We pull what fits, visit it ourselves, confirm the owner and check the documents before we send anything to you.
-
3
Visit with an agent
You walk the property with someone from our office. If you are abroad, we record a full video walkthrough instead.
-
4
Paperwork and handover
We prepare the agreement, sit through the signing and, where you want it, carry the land certificate through to your name.
The document stage is where most land deals fail
A sale agreement signed in a parlour is not ownership, and it is the quiet flaw running through a great deal of the real estate in Cameroon that changes hands every year. Until the plot is registered and a land certificate carries your name, you are holding a promise. We have watched buyers lose plots they paid for in full because nobody checked the file at the land registry first.
That is the part of real estate in Cameroon we refuse to rush. Before we advertise land for sale in Cameroon we trace the chain of ownership, confirm the plot is registrable, check for an existing certificate and look for any charge sitting against it. When the file is clean we can carry the land certificate in Cameroon all the way through to your name.

Questions buyers ask us
The things people want settled before they travel to a viewing or send a deposit.
Can I buy real estate in Cameroon if I live abroad?
Yes. A large share of our clients are in the diaspora. We send a video walkthrough, share the documents, and you can appoint someone locally or give us a power of attorney to act for you. Payments go only through our official channels, never to an agent's personal account.
How do I know the land is really the seller's?
We trace the chain of ownership back through the people who held the land before the current seller, confirm the boundaries with a survey, and check the land registry for an existing certificate or any charge against the plot. If the chain does not hold, we tell you and we drop the listing. It is the one check in real estate in Cameroon we will not skip for anybody.
What does a land certificate cost and how long does it take?
It depends on the size of the plot, where it sits and whether the land has ever been registered before. Timelines in Cameroon run in months rather than weeks. We quote the government fees and our own fee separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Do you handle rentals as well as sales?
We do. Houses, apartments, shops and offices to rent, along with vehicles for hire by the day, week or month. Every tenancy goes out with a written agreement rather than a handshake.
I am a landlord outside the country. Can you manage my property?
That is what our property management service is for. We screen tenants, collect rent, inspect the building, deal with repairs and send you a statement. Many of our managed buildings belong to owners who have not been home in years and still hold real estate in Cameroon that pays for itself.
Do you sell cars as well as property?
We do. Cars for sale in Cameroon and cars for hire both run through the same office as the property work, because people buying real estate in Cameroon often need a vehicle in the same month they move.
What do you charge for your services?
The fee depends on the service and we state it before you commit to anything. On a sale we agree the commission in writing at the start. On land certificate processing we separate the government fees from our own so you can see where every franc goes. Nobody pays us simply to be shown real estate in Cameroon.
Where is your office and when are you open?
Common Wealth Avenue, Kumba, opposite Afriland First Bank. Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. You can reach us on WhatsApp outside those hours and we will reply when the office opens.
Tell us what you are looking for
Send the town, the budget and the type of property. Every enquiry about real estate in Cameroon reaches an agent in our Kumba office, and we come back with what we have and what we can find, usually the same day.
